INFORMAZIONE SOLO PER FORNITORI DI ACERBIS SPA ITALIA
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
1. Send the order
confirmation by 3 days from the receiving of the order
2. The delivery
terms must be considered absolutely binding for the supplier, so
immediately communicate the impossibility of respecting the requested
terms of delivery.
3. The lack of
observance of the established terms of delivery, could determine by
right the cancellation of the contract with all the legal consequences.
4. The goods
delivered earlier than the requested delivery date and without specific
authorization by ACERBIS ITALIA S.P.A. could be rejected.
5. On the master
cartons and the delivery documents must be written down the order
number and the ACERBIS codes. The delivery quantity of the goods must
be equal and conform to the ordered quantity.
6. The packaging
cost, except if differently arranged and confirmed in the order, is
totally in charge of the supplier.
7. ACERBIS ITALIA
S.P.A. neither accepts nor authorizes debits for transport expenses, or
debits of any other kind, without previous agreement and if not
previously reported in our purchase order.
8. The lack of
respect of the above-mentioned conditions could cause delays and/or the
suspension of the payments.
CONDIZIONI
GENERALI DI FORNITURA
1. Spedire
conferma d'ordine entro 3 gg. dal ricevimento dell'ordine
2. I termini di
consegna devono considerarsi assolutamente vincolanti per il fornitore,
quindi comunicare immediatamente l'impossibilita' di rispettare i
termini di consegna richiesti.
3. La mancata
osservanza dei termini di consegna fissati, potrà determinare di
diritto la risoluzione del contratto con tutte le conseguenze di legge.
4. La merce
consegnata in anticipo rispetto alla data di consegna richiesta e senza
autorizzazione da parte di ACERBIS ITALIA S.P.A potra'
essere respinta.
5. Sui colli e
nei documenti di consegna devono essere riportati il numero di ordine e
i codici ACERBIS. Le quantita' di consegna della merce devono
essere uguali e conformi alle quantita' ordinate.
6. Il costo
d'imballo, salvo quanto diversamente stabilito e confermato
nell'ordine, e' a totale carico del fornitore.
7. La ACERBIS
ITALIA S.P.A non accetta ne' autorizza addebiti per spese di trasporto,
di emissione tratte o ricevute se non concordati preventivamente e
riportati nel nostro ordine d'acquisto.
8. Il non
rispetto di tutto quanto sopra, potra' comportare ritardi e/o la
sospensione dei pagamenti. |
