2013 MOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP- BETO CARRERO, BRAZIL

BRAZIL: BETO CARRERO

The circus of the World Motocross Championship moves outside Europe, specifically in Brazil in the track of Beto Carrero for seventh round of the championship.

The track was perfect and the winner of the MX1 was Antonio Cairoli (KTM), followed by Clement Desalle (SUZUKI) and Kevin Strijbos (SUZUKI) third. Tommy Searle (FLORIDE MONSTER ENERGY KAWASAKI PRO CIRCUIT-ACERBIS), who started the race1 in third position, crashed and  drop down in eighth place, both heats. The English rider of Acerbis has blamed the lack of training due to a fracture of finger reported during the GP of Portugal, so the eighth position of the Gp is considered a good placement.

In the MX2 class winner once another was Jeffrey Helrings (KTM), followed by Jose Butron (KTM) and Jordi Tixier (KTM) third. Great race1closed in second place for the Acerbis rider Glenn Coldenhoff (KTM TEAM STANDING CONSTRUCT-ACERBIS), which for an error in race 2 finished the Grand Prix of Brazil in fourth place, so touching the podium. Eighth position for the Italian rider Alessandro Lupino Acerbis plastics (FLORIDE MONSTER ENERGY KAWASAKI PRO CIRCUIT-ACERBIS).


The Acerbis riders and the world Motocross circus will be next June 9th, 2013 at Ernée in France.

2013 ENDURO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP- TORRES VEDRAS, PORTUGAL

With Portugal Gp, which took place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May, 2013 ends the first part of the EWC 2013.
The race was  in Torres Vedras, same place of Portugal EWC in 2012. The organizers have done a great job organizing the Supertest on Friday evening, where there were about 5000 people, and the Cross test was in the city center. Enduro test and extreme tests were located about ten kilometers from the paddock and adjacent one test to another. Three special tests to be repeated for four rounds on both days of the race.
In E1 class, uncontested ruler once again the Frenchman Antoine Meo-KTM ENDURO FACTORY RACING TEAM-which has held the leadership, followed on Saturday by Juha Salminen (Husqvarna) and Eero Remes (TM) and Sunday from Anthony Boissiere (SHERCO) and Matti Seistola (Husqvarna),third. Difficult race for the Spanish Cristobal Guerrero -KTM KTM ENDURO FACTORY RACING TEAM- who finished in ninth and sixth place in E1 class.

Antoine Meo- E1

In E2 has scored two wins the Italian Alex Salvini (HONDA), followed both days by “el torito” with Acerbis plastics Ivan Cervantes and on Saturday third the Frenchman Johnny Aubert-KTM ENDURO FACTORY RACING-TEAM. On Sunday Johnny stumbled upon some crashes and finished in fourth place, on the lowest step of the podium was Pierre-Alexandre Renet (HUSABERG). Two excellent fifth place for the Spanish Victor Guerrero-KTM FARIOLI SUPPORTED TEAM-and ninth with a retreat on Sunday for Oscar Ballets FARIOLI-KTM-SUPPORTED TEAM.

Johnny Aubert- E2

In the E3 class two victories for French-Christophe Nambotin KTM ENDURO FACTORY RACING TEAM-followed on Saturday by Aigar Leok (TM) and Luis Correia (BETA) and Sunday by Mathias Bellino (HUSABERG) and Luis Correia (BETA). Two good 4th places for Manuel Monni-KTM FARIOLI-SUPPORTED TEAM.  the German Marcus Kehr-KTM FARIOLI SUPPORTED TEAM-finished in seventh and twelfth place for some errors too.
In the class EJ dominated both days the class Mathew Philips (Husqvarna), followed on Saturday by Luis Oliveira (YAMAHA) and Mario Roman (HUSABERG) and on Sunday by Giacomo Redondi (KTM) and Loïc Larrieu (HUSABERG).

Christophe Nambotin-E3

Two seventh places that correspond to a good recovery for Rudy Moroni-KTM FARIOLI SUPPORTED TEAM-who raced a Gp not perfeclty for  a small 125 2t, but if it had not suffered a crash at the end of the day on Sunday could be on the podium.
The EWC takes break and will return 15-16 June 2013 in Buzau in Romania.

2013 ENDURO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP- PUERTO LUMBRERAS, SPAIN

After six weeks the World Enduro Championship comes back to Europe for the third round of the championship in Spain, precisely in Puerto Lumbreras, on May 11-12th 2013.
Hot weather and a dense dust were the two characteristic elements of Spanish round in this second weekend of May. Three special tests: extreme, motocross and enduro tests to be repeated for four rounds on both days.
In the E1 class victory on Saturday of Matti Seistola (Husqvarna), followed by Eero Remes ™ and Cristobal Guerrero-KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team-third. Antoine Meo-KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team- crashed in the first round on Saturday, despite an excellent recovery, finished fifth. On Sunday, the French dominates the class during the entire day, followed by Eero Remes ™ and Juha Salminen (Husqvarna). Fourth place for  Cristobal Guerrero-KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team.

E1 CLASS PODIUM

In E2 dominator on both days Ivan Cervantes-KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team-followed by Alex Salvini (HONDA) and Johnny Aubert-KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team-third on Saturday. On Sunday the first and second positions remain unchanged for the E2 class, but finished in third place Pierre-Alexandre Renet (HUSABERG) at the expense of our Johnny Aubert-KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team, fourth. Two good sixth places for Victor Guerrero-Supported Farioli KTM Team and a seventh and  tenth place for the Italian Oscar-Balletti KTM Farioli Supported Team.
In the E3 class undisputed ruler Christophe Nambotin – KTM Enduro Factory Racing Team-followed on Saturday by a fast Manuel Monni KTM Farioli Supported Team-and Aigar Leok (TM) third.

Sunday is once again Christophe Nambotin the fastest, followed by Joakim Llunggren (HUSABERG) and Aigar Leok (TM). Sixth place due to some errors for Manuel Monni on this second day, but it has nevertheless been shown to be able to get on the podium. Eighth and ninth place in this round on Spanish round for Marcus Kehr-Supported Farioli KTM Team.
In the EJ class the fastest on both days has been Mathiew Philips (Husqvarna), followed by Mario Roman (HUSABERG) and Giacomo Redondi (KTM). On Sunday Roman and Redondi were reversed positions.
Returned from a delicate surgery following a fall reported in our training Rudy Moroni- KTM Farioli Supported Team- has done its best result both days with two once ninth place.
The caravan of the Enduro World Championship moves to Portugal, where the next May 18-19th  2013 will take place the fourth round in Torres Vedras.
